NJ found my vin in a parking lot

So went to the showroom in Princeton NJ. Got zero information from anyone there. Got vin paid and was told to get insurance. , Meanwhile my insurance company is driving me nuts since i paid and insured the truck they want paperwork. this was b4 the recall.
